9. Right to End Training: SHK9 reserves the right to end training at their discretion, with a refund minus expenses and prorated fees.
10. Unpaid Charges: SHK9 has a lien on the dog(s) for unpaid charges and may exercise its lien rights. SHK9 may dispose of the Dog(s) for any and all unpaid charges, at private or public sale, in the sole discretion of SHK9,
11. Abandonment: If there is no owner contact within 14 days after training completion, the dog(s) may be deemed abandoned and placed with a new owner.
12. Liability: The owner assumes all risk for training and related activities. SHK9 is not responsible for injuries or expenses resulting from training.
13. Waiver of Liability: The owner releases SHK9 and its affiliates from liability for any loss, damage, or injury during training activities and agrees to indemnify them against any claims.
